Avenyou Finance raises Funds and on lends via a (mainly) secured basis.

Each investment offer is referred to as a “Loan Series” will differ.

The borrowers will for the most part be those associated with Small-Medium Business, Commercial Property and Agribusiness.

Credit and Governance Framework

 

All lending considers a range of factors, including but not limited to:

• Business Purpose

• Borrower financial position and historical performance

• The 5C’s

• Secured Property Valuation

• Exit strategy

Approval of any facility remains at the discretion of Avenyou Finance Team.

 

Track Record

 

The Avenyou Finance Group have managed over 100 investments with all capital and income returned.  Many things repeat themselves in one form or another, but that’s not certain.
